How can I reopen my account after a self exclusion?

If you have self-excluded your account for a specific time period (for example, 1 week or 1 months), your account will be reopened automatically once theĀ  self-exclusion period has ended. Your account cannot be reopened before the selected period has ended.

If you selected an indefinite self-exclusion, and the 6 month minimum period has passed, you will need to contact our customer service team in writing. Please include the following information in your e-mail:

  • Your user ID
  • Your full name
  • Your Date of Birth
  • The address registered in your account
  • The e-mail address registered in your account
