Why has my bank transfer not been credited to my account?
Please note that it can take up to 4 business days for SEPA transactions (and up to 10 business days for International transactions) to credit a bank transfer.
In order for a bank transfer to be automatically credited to your account, your personal reference number has to be correctly shown in the transfer. If it has been longer than 4 business days or you did not enter your personal reference number correctly, please send us a copy of your bank statement or payment slip, where the transaction as well as your name is visible. Simply send us a message via the contact form, and attach a copy of the bank statement via the 'Upload a file' option.
