How can I change the e-mail address for my account?

When you are logged in to your premium account, you can update your e-mail address any time under "My account" / "Settings: Personal details". If you have forgotten or misplaced your user ID or password, simply send an e-mail to our Customer Service team indicating your first and last name, your residential address, your date of birth, and your former and current e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be updated as quickly as possible. Every time you change your registered email address, you will have to verify it, by triggering a mail containing a link that you need to click.
