What can I do if I have reached the maximum amount?
If you have reached a previously set maximum deposit limit and you wish to increase your limit, you can do this on the “deposit limits” page in “my account” section. When changing your limits, please consider the following:
- Before becoming effective, any request to increase a previously set value will be subject to a waiting period mandated by gaming regulation.

Previous deposits made within the period(s) in question will be considered, meaning a limit change will not trigger the start of a new rolling period and you may be prevented from depositing.
- The given daily, weekly and monthly periods refer to rolling periods of 24 hours, 7 and 30 days. The count starts with your very first deposit.
- You should choose limits that are within your financial means and stick to them.
