How can I change my deposit limit?

To adapt your deposit limit, you can log in to your account with your user ID and password and click on Deposit limits. Here you have the possibility to adapt your daily, weekly and/or monthly deposit limit individually.

Any requests to reduce your deposit limit will be processed and be valid within a few minutes. Please be aware that in order to efficiently prevent compulsive gaming, we will process all limit increase requests only after 7 days from the initiation.

When setting your deposit limits, please take the following into consideration:

• The given daily, weekly and monthly periods refer to rolling periods of 24 hours, 7 and 30 days. The count starts with your very first deposit transaction.
• Previous deposits within the period in question will be considered whenever changes are done. A change does not trigger the start of a new rolling period. Have this in mind, since you may be prevented from depositing. For example, if you deposited EUR 1000 yesterday and you set a new weekly deposit limit of EUR 1000 today, you won’t be able to deposit for the next 6 days.
• The lowest value overrules any other. For example, if you have set a daily limit of EUR 1000 and a weekly limit of EUR 4000, you won’t be able to deposit 4000 EUR immediately. The same way, once you have reached your weekly limit, the amount available within 24 hours may be lower than the maximum you have set.
• Withdrawals within the period in question are not considered for the deposited amount calculation.
